Let me introduce our complete quality control process, from raw materials to finished products, with checks at every stage:
Step 1: Incoming raw material inspection
When raw materials arrive, our dedicated inspector checks each batch item by item. This prevents any unqualified material from entering the warehouse.
Step 2: Pre-production double check
Before production starts, the machine operator and the shift supervisor double-check the specifications and quality of the raw materials. This avoids any mistakes in the mixing process.
Step 3: 100% finished product inspection
After each quartz slab is formed, two quality inspectors carefully examine every single slab from all sides using flashlights. They look for tiny defects like air bubbles or impurities. This ensures that only A-grade slabs leave our factory.
